The chalet was absolutely amazing, worth every penny. the hot tub was a real treat and perfect after a long day of walking. the chalet itself had everything we needed and more, with plenty of kitchen supplies and even cleaning products. the beds were incredibly comfortable, the caravan was warm, and the view of the river was lovely. Being able to walk into town in just 5-10 minutes was also a huge advantage.
The TV didn't work and nobody came to fix it, which was quite disappointing. the showers didn't get hot enough, and we were told to turn the heat down to get better results, which was a bit inconvenient.

Near to the centre of Aviemore. Quiet. You do hear the train going past but not too loud.
Needed a deep clean. Blinds and dining table was broken. Vacuum was full of dirt. Decorations were old and broken and needed removed or replaced. Mouldy water in washing machine and the bottom of the showers were black with dirt and mould.

We stayed at the cozy Cairn View Chalet for a weekend getaway. The accommodation was fantastic and we loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. The hot tub was a brilliant extra and we found out it's the only one on site. The cabin exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book again in the future. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed being just a short walk away from feeding the ducks.
Can recommend this hotel.
